摘要：There is little argument about the fact that it is still primarily women who are responsible for work done in the home. Unlike most men, women in Canada spend a large portion of their lives doing housework. In addition, at present over fifty per cent of women are in the work force and account for forty per cent of the labour force. The clear implication of these facts is that many women contribute to their families both through household and labour-force activities.
