摘要：Studied under various names such as industrial-organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resources management etc., organizational sciences share a focus on both research and practice. However, most of the actors in the field chose one over the other. For this issue’s interview, we talked to Dr. Fred Morgeson a prolific researcher who successfully combined science and practice in his work.
