摘要:This work is part of the Master's Thesis of the first author, under the lead of the second. It consists in a narrative about the (re)constitution’s process of the work of the pedagogic advisor in the routine of “Padre Francisco Silva” school, an elementary government school, located in Campinas, focusing some of the moments experienced in the relations made with and among the many citizens that construct the daily life of a public school, searching to denounce some of the quandaries of the making of this professional, pointing some possibilities of reconstitution of his work in the different time/spaces of daily school. Key-Words: Professional identity, pedagogic guidance, formation in everyday school.
