摘要:The aim of this study is to analyze features present in hypertext concepts and to produce means to position hypertext contributions in relation to their background assumptions. A set of 10 hypertext introduction monographs published after Hypertext ’87 conference and before appearing of WWW in hypertext literature are used as textual data. Grounded theory methodology and a hermeneutically slanted orientation are applied in formulating the analysis procedure. An emphasis is given towards separating the analysis from the interests of implementation and focusing on the articulation of conceptual variation.
