Este escrito objetivou discutir Saúde Ambiental e a Atenção Básica (AB) em saúde com base no construcionismo social. Com uma equipe multiprofissional nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBSs), a AB visa organizar uma população, construindo um ambiente relacional integrador entre usuários e profissionais da saúde. A Saúde Ambiental inserida na AB constrói-se sob um discurso naturalizador e produtor de uma moralidade falaciosa. Atualmente, o paradigma que dá sustento para a ciência vigente organiza-se sob os pressupostos da modernidade, e aquilo que estiver fora deste padrão será considerado anormal. Esta concepção moderna implicou numa moral que postula o "deve ser" nas relações humanas, objetivando modelos de moralidade baseados nos fatos obtidos do conhecimento empírico, da construção metafísica e dos padrões ideais. A sociedade tende a criar uma ideia do que seja a natureza e o ideal ambiental, relacionando sistemas, impondo e gerenciando limites. Assim, as sociedades acabam por erguer uma das estruturas que forjam sua cultura (atenção à saúde, desenvolvimento econômico e educação), com a sua representatividade influenciada pelo tempo e espaço em que foram concebidas. Portanto, buscar a criticidade nos fenômenos naturais é urgente para o cuidado ampliado e singular em Saúde Ambiental.

This writing aimed to discuss Environmental Health and Primary Care health based on social constructionism. With a multidisciplinary team in Basic Health Units (BHUs), primary care is to organize a population, constructing an integrative relational environment between users and health professionals. The Environmental Health in Primary inserted builds up under a naturalizing and producer of a fallacious morality discourse. Currently, the paradigm that gives sustenance to the current science is organized under assumptions of modernity, and what is outside of this standard will be considered abnormal. This modern conception implied a moral which postulates the "must be" in human relations, aiming models of morality based on facts obtained from empirical knowledge, metaphysics and construction of ideal standards. Society tends to create an idea of the nature and the environmental ideal, linking systems, managing and enforcing limits. Thus, companies end up lifting one of the structures that shape their culture (health care, economic development and education) to their representation influenced by time and space where they were conceived. Therefore, seek criticality in natural phenomena is urgent for the extended singular care and environmental health.
