Este trabajo se enmarca en una línea Investigación en Sistemas y Servicios de Salud. El proyecto marco indagóla accesibilidad y dignidad en la atención de usuarios de servicios de salud dependientes del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. En este trabajo se presentan cinco experiencias sobre la accesibilidad a servicios de salud, donde lo que unifica el criterio de selección de los diferentes grupos es la vulnerabilidad social que presentan. Metodología: se desarrolla una metodología de estrategia cualitativa. Se tomaron como unidades de análisis a usuarios, población no usuaria y trabajadores del hospital seleccionado. Conclusiones: Pensar la accesibilidad al sistema de salud como un vínculo que se construye entre los sujetos y los servicios implica analizar tanto las condiciones y discursos de los servicios como las condiciones y representaciones de los sujetos en tanto estos manifiestan la modalidad particular que adquiere la utilización de los servicios.

This work is framed in the field of Health Systems and Services Research. The general project investigated the accessibility and dignity in health care of users of health services dependent on Buenos Aires City Government. This work describes five experiences about accessibility to health services. The social vulnerability of the different groups was the selection criteria. Methodology: the methodology is a qualitative strategy. The analysis units were: users, non user population and workers of the selected hospital. Conclusions: Taking the accessibility to the health system as a relationship that is built between the subjects and the services means to analyze both the conditions and speeches of the services and the conditions and representations of the subjects so as they express the particular mode that the services use takes.
