摘要：Este estudo tem por objetivo apontar uma relação entre Serviço e Ensino e ainda analisar a atualização da situação vacinal dos pacientes internados no Instituto de Infectologia Emílio Ribas (IIER) pelo Centro de Imunização, como uma forma de ação preventiva para os pacientes internados. A situação vacinal dos pacientes internados neste Instituto foi analisada no período de janeiro de 2002 a setembro de 2003. Tal atividade foi realizada pelos funcionários do Centro e por estagiários de graduação em enfermagem. Observou-se, assim que o levantamento vacinal passou a ser realizado pelos estagiários, levando a um aumento nestas verificações. Enquanto que as atualizações das vacinas atrasadas ou em momento oportuno para vacinação não aumentaram de maneira significativa.
其他摘要：This study aims to point a relation between Service and learning and still to analyze the update of the inpatients vaccine situation at Emílio Ribas Instituto de Infectologia (IIER) for the Immunization Center, as a form of preventive action for inpatients. It was analysed the inpatients vaccine situation in this Institute from January, 2002 to September, 2003. Such activity was carried through by the employees of the Center and trainees of graduation in nursing. It was observed that when the vaccines inquiries had passed to be carried through by the trainees it had an increase in the number of execution of the ones. While the updates of late vaccines or at opportune moment for vaccination, had not increased in significant way.
