摘要：El presente artículo tiene por objeto ilustrar el auge del contrato de franquicia en la sociedad de hoy y presentar algunas tendencias jurídicas en torno a éste como una institución económica de la que se derivan responsabilidades en cabeza del franquiciador. Estas tendencias han sido observadas en diversos marcos y ordenamientos jurídicos. Básicamente, se abordan los temas del deber precontractual de aclaración, la responsabilidad civil y la responsabilidad laboral del franquiciador.
其他摘要：The article aims to illustrate the economic boom of the franchise agreement in society and to present some legal trends around the same as an economic institution of the responsibilities arising from the franchisor´s head. These trends have been observed in various frameworks and legal systems. Basically, it treats the issues of pre-contractual duty of clarification, liability and labor responsibilities of the franchisor.
