标题：Seguimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio (ODM) en el sector del Hábitat

摘要：En septiembre de 2000, en la Cumbre del Milenio de las Naciones Unidas, los líderes del mundo convinieron en establecer objetivos mesurables (ODM), con plazos definidos, para combatir la pobreza. Nuestro grupo ha investigado la influencia que tiene la Ayuda Oficial al Desarrollo (AOD) de la OCDE como instrumento de lucha contra la pobreza en el marco de las relaciones internacionales, y más concretamente su capacidad para alcanzar la meta 11 de la Declaración del Milenio: «mejorar considerablemente la vida de por lo menos 100 millones de habitantes de tugurios para el año 2020». Para ello se ha analizado la carencia mundial de hábitat y se ha comparado con la ayuda destinada por la OCDE a los 12 sectores más directamente relacionados con dicha carencia.
其他摘要：In September 2000, during the United Nations Millenium Summit, the heads of States and Goverments established measurable objectives (MDO), with well defined deadlines, for fighting against the poverty. Our group has researched about the influence of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) given by the OECD to reduce the poverty in the frame of international relationships, and more specifically in terms of its capacity for achieving the 11th goal of the Millenium Declaration: «By 2020, to have achieved a significant improvement in the lives of at least 100 million slum dwellers as proposed in the «Cities Without Slums» initiative». We have therefore analysed the lack of habitat in the world and compared the results with the ODA dedicated by the OECD to the 12 sectors more directly related to this problem.
