摘要：Existe un consenso bastante generalizado en señalar que los flujos de inversión extranjera directa (IED) tienen efectos globales positivos en los países que los reciben. El volumen de los flujos de IED recibido por Galicia en el período 1993-2002 es muy pequeño y muy inferior al que le correspondería en relación con el peso de su economía dentro de la economía española. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar la situación de Galicia en cuanto a su capacidad de atracción de la IED en el contexto español, justificar los motivos de esa situación y, en su caso, formular alternativas de mejora.
其他摘要：It exists an enough generalized consensus in indicating that the flows of foreign direct investment (FDI) have positive global effects in the countries that receive these flows. The volume of the FDI inflows in Galicia in the period 1993-2001 is very small -in relative terms- and far below to which would correspond to it by the weight of its economy within the Spanish Economy. The main objective of this study consists of analyzing the situation of Galicia as far as its capacity of attraction of the FDI in the Spanish context, to justify the reasons for this situation and, in its case, to raise improvement alternatives.
