摘要：Las reformas aprobadas en Cádiz fueron solo medidas legislativas de corta duración. Algunas se realizaron años más tarde y produjeron un conflicto con la Santa Sede y la ruptura de relaciones. Esta conducta tenía antecedentes en el regalismo del siglo xviii. Años más tarde, las Constituyentes de 1931 fueron su máxima expresión. El poder civil podía y debía intervenir en la vida interna de la Iglesia y fijar, unilateralmente, su estatuto y su espacio públicos. Iglesia y Estado terminaron interpretando la situación como hostigamiento recíproco. Cuando el poder público fue débil, las críticas a la Iglesia derivaron en persecución y martirio de los cristianos por parte de lo que se viene llamando, abusivamente, anticlericalismo popular. Nos fijamos en el plan y en el método usado en las Cortes entre 1810-1813.
其他摘要：The reforms adopted in Cadiz were legislative measures that lasted briefly. Some were implemented years later and produced a conflict with the Holy See and the rupture of relations. This procedure had precedents in the Regalism of the eighteenth century. Years later, the Constituent Assembly of 1931 was its best expression. The civil power could and should intervene in the internal life of the Church and set unilaterally its status and public space. Church and State ended up interpreting the situation as mutual harassment. When the public power was weak, the criticism towards the Church led to persecution and martyrdom of Christians through what has been called, wrongly, popular anticlericalism. The study focuses on the plan and method used in the Constituent Assembly from 1810 to 1813.
