摘要：La Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela (CRBV), otorga singular importancia dentro de la estructura del Estado, a las entidades Municipales, lo cual ha determinado el surgimiento de propuestas, iniciativas y alternativas encaminadas a una redemocratización de la vida municipal, fuertemente incluyente y participativa; en tre estas propuestas se encuentra la municipalización de la Educación Superior en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. El propósito del presente artículo, es identificar el sentido y alcance de la Municipalización de la Educación Superior en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Es una investigación de carácter documental, en la que tomamos como punto de partida, sus bases constitucionales y normativas actuales (leyes, reglamentos y otros) y concluimos con algunas reflexiones y propuestas sobre el tema de la Municipalización, sobre su viabilidad normativa. 其他摘要：The Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela grants singular importance,within the structure of the state, to Municipal organizations, and this has promoted the upsurge of proposals, initiatives, and alternatives directed towards are-democratization of inclusive and strongly participative municipal life. Among these proposal sisthe municipalization of highe reducation in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The objective of this paper is to identify the meaning and extent of the municipalization of higher education in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. It is documentary research in which we begin by analyzing the constitutional and normative bases (laws, regulations and others) and concludes with some reflections and proposals on the subject of the municipalization, and on its normative viability.
