摘要：El pase de visita constituye la forma organizativa docente-asistencial fundamental de las especialidades médicas en la atención secundaria . Una ética adecuada del pase de visita consiste en observar los principios de la ética y la moral en la visita diaria que se hace a los pacientes ingresados. El objetivo de este trabajo es valorar el papel crucial del que dirige el pase de visita, los valores humanos y profesionales que es deseable que tengan los jefes de servicio, los que se supone transmitan o compartan con todo su colectivo así valorar la importancia de un ambiente de trabajo y disciplina en cada como. En el caso de los estudiantes de medicina el pase de visita es clave para enseñarles activamente y que aprendan bien el método clínico, fundamento científico de la clínica. Un error ético frecuente es disertar teóricamente durante el pase de visita, al lado de la cama de algún paciente sobre temas no relacionados con él, sin preocuparse por la posible iatrogenia, por excesiva información, que esto puede causar en el paciente y sus familiares. Se describen 22 principios éticos relacionados con el pase de visita y se concluye que esta actividad, por desarrollarse en el escenario real de la práctica médica, requiere la observancia de todos los principios de la ética médica, si se aspira a la excelencia en la atención médica y en la docencia hospitalaria.
其他摘要：Medical visit is the main organizational teaching-assistance form of medical specialties at secondary care level. Adequate ethics in the medical visit means to observe the principles of ethics and morality during daily visit to the admitted patients. The objectives of this paper were to assess the crucial role of the person who leads the medical visit, the human and professional values that heads of medical services should cary, which are supposed to be passed on or shared with their working team, and to weigh the importance of a disciplined working environment in each ward. Regarding the medical students, the visit to the patient is the key to actively teach them so that they can correctly learn the clinical method that constitutes the scientific foundation of clinics. A common ethical mistake is to theoretically discourse, at the patient's bedside, on some topics not related to his/her health condition, without giving a though to the possible iatrogeny, due to excessive information, that this action may bring about for the patient and his/her relatives. Twenty two ethical principles linked to medical visit at hospital were described. Since this activity is caried out within the real medical practice setting, it was concluded that all the principles of medical ethics must be observed if excellence in medical care and hospital education are expected to be achieved.
