摘要:El presente artículo recoge resultados consolidados de los estudios sobre graduados que principalmente instituciones de educación superior nacionales e internacionales han adelantado, con el propósito de sistematizar las diferentes experiencias que les permitan valorar cualitativamente la calidad de los programas académicos impartidos. Esta información se tomó como referente contextual para la investigación "Impacto social de los graduados de los programas de pregrado y posgrado de la Fundación Universitaria Católica del Norte". La exploración recurrió a información de tipo secundario mediante la consulta, recolección, sistematización y análisis bibliográfico de una serie de documentos disponibles en medios físicos y electrónicos sobre el tema de graduados en las bases de datos Ebsco y Proquest, además de las encontradas en las diferentes instituciones que servían de referente investigativo. La exploración permitió obtener información sobre cómo estas instituciones hacen seguimiento a sus graduados y cómo ellas aprovechan esta información para rediseñar los currículos, las estrategias didácticas y emprender acciones de mercadeo para permanecer vigentes y cumplir con los criterios que los organismos de calidad les exigen como requisito para garantizar una adecuada prestación del servicio educativo.
其他摘要:This article includes consolidated results of the studies about graduates, mainly performed by higher education national and international institutions; with the purpose of systematize the different experiences that allow them to qualitatively assess the quality of academic programs offered. This information was taken as context reference for the research called: The social impact of graduates of undergraduate and post-graduate programs and of the Catholic of the North University Foundation. The survey used secondary-type information through consultation, collection, systematization and analysis of the literature of a number of documents available in electronic and physical media on the subject of graduates in databases EBESCO and PROQUEST, as well as those found in different institutions that served as research referent. This survey yielded information about how these institutions follow up their graduates and how they use this information to redesign curricula, teaching strategies and undertake marketing activities to remain in force and meet the criteria that quality agencies require them as a condition to ensure an adequate provision of educational services.
