标题：MÉTODOS INTERPRETATIVISTAS EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO: IMPLICAÇÕES PARA PESQUISADORES

摘要：O pesquisador, no processo de condução de uma pesquisa, busca: entender a relação entre conceitos, propor e testar hipóteses ou gerar novas proposições. Mas, o que é teoria em ciências sociais? Outra questão que aflige os pesquisadores, principalmente aqueles em estágios iniciais de pesquisas, é: como garantir o conhecimento suficiente para ser capaz tanto de identificar um problema de pesquisa quanto de gerar hipóteses testáveis? Essas questões convidam a refletir sobre que alternativas há para se fazer pesquisa em contraponto à abordagem tradicional, e esse é o objetivo desse ensaio. Para tanto, buscouse: a) comparar duas abordagens interpretativistas: a fenomenologia e a grounded theory; b) buscar suas semelhanças e diferenças para, então; c) formular reflexões em dois eixos temáticos: as divergências e convergências entre as tradições apresentadas e as implicações para o pesquisador no "fazer" pesquisa interpretativista.
其他摘要：The researcher, in the process of conducting a research, pursues: understanding the relationship between concepts, propose and test hypotheses likely to change old theories or generate new propositions to explain the phenomenon under investigation. But what is a theory in social sciences? Another issue that afflicts the researchers, especially beginners, in the early stages of research, is: How could someone have sufficient knowledge to be able both to identify a problem as generating hypotheses? These issues call to reflect on what alternatives there are to do research in contrast to the traditional approach, and that is the objective of this essay. In order to do that is proposed: a) compare two interpretative approaches: the phenomenology and the grounded theory b) look for their similarities and differences, then, c) make reflections on two thematic subjects: the differences and similarities between the traditions and the implications for the researcher in the "how" to make interpretative research..
