摘要：Abordar el problema de la desnutrición demanda considerar factores económicos, políticos, sociales y culturales. Por lo que enfocamos los procesos de toma de decisiones que repercuten en distintos aspectos de la vida familiar y que se pueden conceptualizar como estrategias familiares de vida. En el presente artículo se exponen resultados de un estudio realizado en la Ciudad de Tandil - Pcia. Bs. As. que tuvo como objetivo indagar la posible co-variación entre el desarrollo o ausencia de determinados componentes en las estrategias familiares y la presencia de niños desnutridos posibilitando el cuestionamiento de nociones establecidas.
其他摘要：This paper explores the child nutrition problems among marginal population settled inTandil City (Buenos Aires Province), taking into account social, economic, political and cultural factors and focusing on the decision making processes that may be conceptualized as familiar strategies of life. The author, analyzing the familiar alimentary strategies linked to the presence or absence of undernourished children, underlines some result that question assumptions taken for granted, such as the co variation between the presence of mother and father in the house and better nutrition of children, and the mother's labor outside and lesser nutrition of the children, and finally, the level of education of the adults.
