摘要：Este artículo plantea la evolución de la televisión análoga a la televisión digital. El estudio está divido en cuatro partes: la primera es una investigación teórica sobre las nuevas tecnologías y los medios de comunicación, citando los planteamientos de varios autores; la segunda parte incluye un recuento de antecedentes que marcaron la historia y concepción de la televisión; en la tercera se ubica a la televisión en México, así como sus avances y alcances; y en la última parte se menciona la transición jurídica, práctica y los beneficios o complicaciones que podría tener la evolución de este medio de comunicación
其他摘要：This article discusses the evolving of the analog television to the digital television. This study is divided into four parts: the first is a theoretical research on new technologies and media, citing several authors and their statements. The second part includes an account of historical facts that shaped the history and concept of television; in the third we place the television in Mexico, as well as their progress and achievements, and in the last part we mentioned the transition of the mentioned legal practice and the benefits or complications that could have this evolution of the television
