摘要：En el presente ensayo intentamos reconfigurar las ideas de región y desarrollo como conceptos macro que han entrado en crisis y mostrado sus límites dentro de un discurso y realidad dominantes. Es un hecho irrefutable que el desarrollo no se ha logrado en gran parte del mundo contemporáneo. La región se construye desde lo local y se liga al desarrollo posible y variado mediante los distintos actores, sujetos y agentes, a partir de las relaciones y las comunicaciones intersubjetivas. Así, región y desarrollo requieren ser analizadas en una nueva óptica.
其他摘要：In this essay we reconfigure the ideas of region and development as macro concepts that have entered into crisis and shown its limits within the dominant discourse and reality. It is an irrefutable fact that development has not been achieved throughout much of the contemporary world. The concept of region is built from the local. It is linked to a possible and varied development through different actors, subjects and agents based on relationships and inter-subjective communications. Therefore, region and development need to be analyzed from a new perspective.
