标题：Búsqueda de información en hipermedios: efecto del estilo de aprendizaje y el uso de estrategias metacognitivas

摘要：Investigación causal-comparativa, que se propuso determinar los efectos de los estilos de aprendizaje y la frecuencia de uso de estrategias metacognitivas (FUEM) y su interacción, en la búsqueda de información precisa en hipermedios, en 101 estudiantes universitarios. Se fundamentó en el enfoque cognitivo y la teoría del procesamiento de la información. Utilizó el Cuestionario Honey-Alonso de Estilos de Aprendizaje CHAEA (Alonso, Gallego y Honey, 1997) y el Inventario Estrategias Metacognitivas (O¿neil y Abedi, 1996); la búsqueda de información se midió con 2 indicadores, calidad del material informativo y tiempo de búsqueda. Se utilizó una ANOVA de 4 x 2. Se evidenció que los estilos de aprendizaje afectan el tiempo de búsqueda y la alta FUEM incrementan la calidad del material informativo recuperado. Se observó interacción del estilo teórico y la alta FUEM. Los resultados contribuyen a identificar características personales que inciden en la búsqueda de información en hipermedios y en el diseño de experiencias educativas que empleen las TIC compatibles con estas características del usuario
其他摘要：The objective of this causal-comparative research is to determine the effects of learning styles, how frequently metacognitive strategies (FUEM) are used and their interaction in the search for exact information in 101 university students. It is based on the cognitive approach and the information processing theory. The research used the Honey-Alonso Questionnaire on CHAEA Learning Styles (Alonso, Gallego and Honey, 1997) and the Metacognitive Strategies Inventory (O'neil and Abedy, 1996). Information search was measured by 2 indicators: quality of the informational material and the time spent on the search. An ANOVA of 4x2 was used. The search evidenced that learning styles have an effect on the time spent for searching and that a high FUEM improves the quality of the material retrieved, as well as an interaction between theoretical style and high FUEM. The results are a contribution to the identification of personal characteristics that influence the search for information in hypermedia and the design of educational experiences that use compatible TIC with the users characteristics.
