摘要：La evolución del modelo quebequense de desarrollo ha dado lugar a representaciones-tipo que van de la Nación-Iglesia a la Nación- Inversionista, pasando por el Estado- Nación y la Nación-Empresa. Con este telón de fondo, el cooperativismo también ha cambiado de configuración. Hoy presenta dos componentes: por una parte, grandes instituciones cooperativas o mutualistas cuya estructura de gobernanza permanece colectiva, y por otra parte, pequeñas y medianas cooperativas cuyas formas tienden a adoptar una configuración en alianzas, como la cooperativa de solidaridad. El modelo colectivo de desarrollo ha permitido afirmar formas colectivas en relación con el Estado, el mercado y la sociedad civil. Esta llamado a seguirse transformando con la promoción por el Estado de las alianzas publicasprivadas. Si bien éstas hacen temer la privatización, también abren la vía a las alianzas publicas-cooperativas, que presentan la ventaja de combinar la propiedad colectiva de las empresas y la iniciativa privada en la tradición de la autoayuda y de la ayuda mutua.
其他摘要：The evolution of the Quebec´s development model has caused the emergence of different types of representations, form the Church-State to the Investment-State, not forgetting the Nation-State and the Enterprise- State. On this background, the cooperatives also have changed their configuration. Nowadays, it is based on two components: on the one hand, big co-operative o mutual institutions, whose governance structure remains collective; on the other hand, small and middle-size co-operatives that tend to adopt a partnership configuration, such as the solidarity co-operative. The collective development model has allowed the affirmation of different collective structures related to state, market and civil society. It will continue its transformation with the promotion by the State of the public-private partnerships. Though these partnerships may lead to privatization, they also open the way towards publicco- operative partnerships that present the advantage of combining collective property of enterprises with private initiative in the tradition of self-help and mutual-help.
