摘要：O presente artigo tem como objeti- vo identificar as ocupações que consti- tuem objeto de anúncios classificados de oferta de trabalho e emprego, as suas relações com a distribuição da popula- ção ocupada e os requisitos expressa- mente exigidos, de natureza educacio- nal e outros. F oram e xaminadas diver - sas perspectivas teóricas sobre as rela- ções entre o trabalho e educação, salien- tando -se as funções dessa última. Foram examinados os anúncios publica- dos pelo jornal de maior circulação no Distrito F ederal, durante uma semana. Dentre os resultados, destaca-se a im- portância secundária da educação for- mal, implícita em outros requisitos exi- gidos. O sexo feminino e a experiência prévia são exigências muito freqüentes, sugerindo as mulheres e os jovens como grupos vulneráveis. A procura parece direcionar-se mais a pessoas treinadas que treináveis.
其他摘要：The present paper has as objective to identify the occupations that constitute object of classified ads of work and job offers, their relations to with the distribution of employed population and the educational and other requirements expressly demanded. Several theoretical perspectives were examined about the relations between work and education, being emphasized the functions of the latter . The adsexamined were published by the largest circulation newspaper of the F ederal District, during one week. Among the results, the secondary importance of the formal education stands out, implicit in other requirements demanded. The feminine sex and previous experience are very frequent demands, suggesting women and youths as vulnerable groups. The search seems to address more trainable than trained people.
