摘要：This article makes known some cultural features belonging to the Northern border, in particular communication media, above all radio and television broadcasting in the cities bordering with the US: Baja California Norte, Tijuana, Mexicali, Sonora, Ciudad Obregon, Hermosillo, Nogales, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Piedras Negras, Ciudad Acuiia, Nuevo Le6n, Montertrey, Tamaulipas, Nuevo Laredo,Reynosa, and Matamoros. The article makes known as well the groups of economic power who control the functioning of the TV stations -both producing and broadcasting in each city.
