摘要：La acusación de tiranía fue un lugar común en el vocabulario político durante la Guerra de la Independencia en España ( 1808-1814). Como concepto, amén de pretender describir un tipo de gobierno, pretendía influir en su conversión en poder legítimo. Este trabajo trata de presentar la cuestión desde esa doble dimensión –descriptiva y prescriptiva- de la utilización del concepto de tiranía.
其他摘要：The charge of tyranny was a common place in the political vocabulary during the Peninsular War in Spain (1808-1814). As a concept, in addition to attempting to describe a ty pe of government, sought to influence its conversion into legitimate power. This paper aims to present the issue from two dimensions -descriptive and prescripti ve- about the use of the concept of tyranny.
