标题：Jogos de linguagem/jogos de verdade: de Wittgenstein a Foucault

摘要：O artigo traz à discussão a questão da constituição do sujeito através dos jogos de verdade e dos jogos de linguagem, problematizados, respectivamente, por Michel Fou - cault e Ludwig Wittgenstein, tomando como fio condutor as implicações da linguagem nas práticas produzidas em um hospital psiquiátrico-penal com pacientes inimputá - veis. Para tanto, apresentamos as visões objetivista de realidade e representacional de linguagem, em contraposição às visões construtivista de realidade e pragmática de linguagem. De acordo com esta última perspectiva, a realidade é produzida pela linguagem através de jogos de linguagem, historicamente contextualizados. Assim, estaríamos falando de sujeitos singulares, e não do sujeito transcendental. Nesse con - texto, trazemos à discussão a noção de verdade problematizada por Foucault como um campo de possíveis. Para ele, é tão somente na contingência da história que o sujeito se constitui: tal como a linguagem, ele é produto de múltiplas práticas sociais.
其他摘要：This article discusses the constitution of the subject through the truth games and the language games problematized, respectively, by Michel Foucault and Ludwig Witt - genstein, taking as a conducting wire the implications of language in the practices produced in a psychiatric hospital with the human being considered not to be regu - larly punished. Therefore, we present the objectivist vision of reality and the repre - sentational language vision as opposed to the constructivist view of reality and the pragmatic language itself. According to this latter view, the reality is produced by the language through the language games which are historically contextualized. Thus, we are talking about unique subjects. In this context, we bring to the discussion the notion of truth problematized by Foucault as a field of possibilities, who thinks it is so only in the contingency of history that the subject is constituted: as the language, he is the product of multiple social practices.
