摘要：Se presenta un paciente de 16 años con el diagnóstico de osteosarcoma osteogénico localizado en el tercio distal del fémur derecho que se le realizó biopsia seguido de quimioterapia preopertoria y luego la desarticulación a nivel de la cadera. El principal objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una revisión de esta enfermedad infrecuente en el niño, resaltar su importancia en el diagnóstico precoz y la conducta a seguir.
其他摘要：A patient of 16 years with osteogenous osteosarcoma diagnosis located in the third distal of the right femur is presented, it was carried out to him a biopsy followed by preoperative chemotherapy, later it was performed to him disarticulation at hip level. The main objective of this investigation is to carry out a revision of this infrequent illness in the boy, and to stand out its importance in the premature diagnosis and the conduct to follow.
