摘要：Se reportan dos pacientes procedentes del mismo medio con histoplasmosis pulmonar, diagnosticados mediante radiografía de tórax, estudio histopatológico y cultivos, se señalan las características de esta enfermedad, sus medios diagnósticos fundamentales y su terapéutica en el momento actual. Los resultados obtenidos fueron positivos con el anfotericin B en la dosis señalada por todos los autores sin reacciones adversas.
其他摘要：It is reported two patients coming from the same environment with pulmonary histoplasmosis diagnosed by thorax radiography, histopatologic study and culture, characteristics of this disease its fundamental diagnostic means and its therapeutic in the current time. Results obtained were positive with amphotericine B in the dosis indicated by all authors without side-effects.
