摘要：En la última década el gobierno local de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, viene realizando diversas actuaciones estrechamente asociadas con el interés de situar a la ciudad en el mapa cultural y los circuitos turísticos globales actuales. Entre estas actuaciones tienen un papeldestacado las vinculadas con la puesta en valor del patrimonio. Por eso, en el presente trabajo interesa indagar sobre las actuaciones del poder político local puestas en marcha en torno de la activación patrimonial de expresiones de la cultura. Para abordar esta cuestión, se analiza el proceso de patrimonialización del Tango como "Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad" bajo elauspicio de UNESCO. El análisis se basa en una investigación empírica que utiliza fuentes de información primaria y secundaria. La hipótesis de este trabajo es que la patrimonialización mundial del tango llevada a cabo por el gobierno de la ciudad de Buenos Aires puede verse como un ejemplo de las nuevas legitimaciones necesarias a fin de contribuir a su visualización en el mercado internacional del turismo cultural.
其他摘要：Culture as a City Tourist Resource. The Case of Tango as a Heritage Resource in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During the last decade the government of Buenos Aires, Argentina, implemented several actions in order to place the city on the cultural and tourist global map. Among these actions those related to the heritage promotion have an important role. Therefore, this paper analyzes the actions of the said government related to the establishment of cultural heritage expressions focusing on the proposal of Tango as "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity" before UNESCO. The present analysis is based on empirical research using primary and secondary sources. The hypothesis of this study is that the efforts made by the cities government in order enhance thetango as a heritage resource can be considered as an example of the new legitimacy necessary to stand out on the cultural tourism international market.
