标题：¿Cuál debe ser el perfil del profesor para la comunicación con el alumno, en la educación a distancia?

摘要：El artículo tiene como objetivo describir el proceso y los resultados obtenidos de una nvestigación realizada para determinar el perfil del profesor de educación a distancia, en la modalidad en línea, para la comunicación con el alumno. Se elaboró el diagnóstico del tema, se definieron: el objetivo de la investigación, los indicadores y conceptos formulados en el objetivo. Se realizó un sondeo utilizando el método de encuesta mediante la técnica de cuestionario aplicado en línea. Se procesaron y analizaron los datos obtenidos para la elaboración del reporte final. Se obtiene el perfil de una persona comprometida con la docencia, interesada en la asignatura, facilitador de información en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, involucrado objetiva e imparcialmente con los alumnos en los foros de discusión, con dominio del contenido de la materia, y con conocimientos de comunicación escrita.
其他摘要：The article has a goal to describe to the process and the obtained results of a made investigation to determine the profile of the professor of remote education, in the modality inthe communication with the student. The diagnosis of the subject was elaborated, defined the objective of the investigation, the indicators and concepts formulated in the objective. A sounding was made using the method of survey by means of the questionnaire technique applied in line. The data collected for the elaboration of the final report were processed and analyzed. The profile of a person is obtained it jeopardize with teaching, interested in the subject, facilitator of information in the education process learning, involved objectively and impartially with the students in the discussion forums, with dominion of the content of the matter, and with knowledge of written communication.
