标题：Una exploración del rol de los mentores en las trayectorias profesionales de los buenos docentes universitarios

摘要：Este trabajo se basa en las biografías profesionales de seis titulares reconocidos como excelentes por estudiantes avanzados de tres carreras de la Facultad de Humanidades, Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata. Las entrevistas en profundidad a estos docentes examinaron las enseñanzas y prácticas que éstos percibieron durante su biografía educativa, para hallar trazas de estas experiencias en sus vidas actuales. El propósito es develar la forma sutil en que el pasado impacta en su presente académico. En las historias de vida reconstruidas, surgen los mentores que estos protagonistas tuvieron al comenzar la docencia y la investigación universitarias. La recuperación de estas evocaciones permite conceptualizar el papel de los expertos en la formación de los noveles, para reexaminar lo que tradicionalmente se ha visto como acciones informales de supervisión de auxiliares docentes y jóvenes investigadores. Así, se intenta fundar en la universidad un sitio para comunicar las buenas prácticas de los mentores.
其他摘要：This paper is based on the professional biographies of six professors identifi ed as excellent by senior students in three programmes at the School of Humanities, Mar del Plata State University. In-depth interviews examined the teachings and practices these instructors encountered along their educational biographies in order to find traces of these experiences in their current lives. The aim is to disclose the subtle ways in which the past infl uences their academic present. The life histories retrieved reveal the importance of the actors' mentors at the onset of their teaching and research at the university. Th e recovery of these memories allows the conceptualization of experts' role in the education of novices, thus examining what is traditionally considered as the informal supervision of teaching assistants and junior researchers. In this way, we try to create a site at the university where it is possible to discuss mentors' good practices.
