摘要：La reforma en la UNAM, institución autónoma y pública, supone diversos procesos políticos e involucra actores internos y externos de los cuales emanan tensiones, resistencias y contradicciones; ello resulta en varios desafíos que es necesario clarificar para enfrentarlos adecuadamente. En este trabajo se examinan los retos que le plantea el entorno a la reforma en el contexto de los cambios en el sistema de educación superior, así como las relaciones con el gobierno y el mercado. Asimismo, los obstáculos internos se analizan a partir de la forma como la comunidad académica y estudiantil apoya y legitima el proyecto de reforma.
其他摘要：The reform at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (National Autonomous University of Mexico), an autonomous and public institution, implies a series of political processes and involves many external and internal actors. This situation causes many tensions and a situation of resistance that lead to challenges and contradictions; therefore it is necessary to take them into account in order to face up to them on a suitable way. This article is about the problems caused by the reform environment within the context of change in higher education, the relations with the government and with the labor market. It also tackles with the internal obstacles whose analysis is based on the way in which the academic and student community supports and legitimates the reform project.
