摘要：Las lluvias en los Andes y los llanos de Bolivia (1950-1993), durante las dos fases de la Oscilacion Austral del Pacífico, son muy variables en el tiempo y en el espacio. Las lluvias estacionales muy fuertes o muy débiles, menos algunas excepciones, pueden ocurrir cualquier que sea el valor del índice de oscilación austral. Pero, en los Andes, se verifica un déficit promedio de 30% de enero a abril durante 7 eventos El Nino sobre 8. En los llanos, las únicas anomalías significativas y coherentes en el tiempo y en el espacio, ocurren, después de 1970, durante eventos LNSO, en algunas estaciones del sur y del centro del llano.
其他摘要：Rainfall variability in the Andes and in the lowlands of Bolivia is great during the two phases of the Pacific Southern Oscillation (SO). We show that very strong or weak seasonal rainfalls are independent of the SO Index, except in a few cases. In the Andes, negative rainfall anomalies occur during seven ENSO events above 8 (with a mean of -30%). In the lowlands, the only significant space-time consistent negative anomalies occur after 1970, during LNSO phases, in some southerly and central stations.
