摘要：O respectivo artigo apresenta uma reflexão em relação às acepções da cultura para o desenvolvimento local e seu sentido para o turismo. A princípio, foram elencados como prioritário um esboço do que de fato se compreende como desenvolvimento. A partir desta abordagem, buscou-se um paralelo entre turismo e desenvolvimento local, quando se subentende que a questão cultural é um fator crucial para o desenvolvimento humano e para o turismo, uma vez que a atividade, ao ser realizada de forma sistematizada, possibilita a gestão endógena dos recursos locais.
其他摘要：The respective article presents a reflection in relation to the meanings of the culture for the local development and its direction for the tourism. The principle, had been elencados as with priority an sketch of that of fact if it understands as development. To leave of this boarding, a parallel between tourism and local development searched, when if it understands that the cultural question is a crucial factor for the human development and the tourism, a time that the activity, to the carried through being of systemize form, makes possible the endogenous management of the local resources.
