标题：A utilização do Consentimento Informado em psicoterapia: o que pensam psicoterapeutas psicanalíticos

摘要：O uso do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido (TCLE) e a atenção aos princípios da Bioética já são obrigatoriamente aplicados na pesquisa com seres humanos, mas pouco utilizados na área de atendimentos psicoterápicos, mesmo sendo estes considerados a expressão de uma atitude ética correta que deve estar presente nas relações entre psicoterapeuta e paciente. Assim, através da análise de conteúdo de cinco entrevistas semi-estruturadas com psicanalistas e psicoterapeutas de orientação psicanalítica foi possível compreender que o TCLE é considerado apenas um documento formal, sendo sua utilização percebida como desnecessária e até prejudicial para a relação psicoterapêutica, apesar de considerarem os princípios bioéticos de Beneficência e Respeito fundamentais para a prática psicoterápica.
其他摘要：The use of the informed consent in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and the attention to the bioethics´ principles are mandatory in the research with human beings, but they are rarely used area of psychological therapies and counseling, even thought these are considered a correct ethical attitude expression that must be present in the relations between the psychotherapist and the patient. Thus, through the content¿s analysis of five semi-structured interviews performed with psychoanalysts and psychoanalytic psychotherapists, it was possible to understand that the TCLE is considered only a formal document, and its use is seen as not only unnecessary and but also even harmful to the psychotherapy relation, although the interviewers consider bioethical principles of Beneficence and Respect essential to the psychotherapist practice.
