摘要：Este artículo analiza el modo en que el ámbito judicial ha perfilado la conducta sexual aceptable de la mujer joven en la sociedad mexicana. Desde que inicia el siglo xx hasta fechas recientes, los elementos de los tipos penales relativos a delitos sexuales han servido para construir un ideal (moral) socialmente aceptable de sexualidad juvenil. En este sentido, tanto el juicio social como el resultado del proceso judicial coinciden en definir dicho ideal bajo la forma de la castidad, la honestidad sexual y la pureza sexual.
其他摘要：In this article it is analyzed the way in which the judicial scope has outlined the acceptable sexual behavior of young women in the Mexican society. Since the beginning of the 20th century up to now, the constitutive elements of sexual crimes have served to construct a socially acceptable (moral) ideal of sexuality for young people. In this sense, social judgments as much as, judicial decisions agree in defining this ideal under the form of chastity, sexual honesty and purity.
