This dynamic analysis is based on results of research studies and observations carried out within the frame work of DYPEN and ROSELT/OSS programs. It exploits investigation data collected near two samples of households (510 and 305, held respectively in 1996 in 2004) in the Observatory of Menzel Habib. In this work, the development of agrarian and production systems have been studied and analyzed over a time span of up to 20 years.
