A brief description of the event itself precede an attempt to show how difficult it is to estimate the intensity of such an exceptional event. This difficulty is accentuated by the lack of available and precise informations, and in a first step we can only give an order of intensity. Afterwhat, some of the consequences of this event are briefly exposed.
