摘要：Maneuvers during coronary artery bypass operations like cannulation, cross or partial clamping of ascending or arcus aorta must be avoided in presence of significant atherosclerotic plaques. If these maneuvers are performed, atherosclerotic plaques will prone to the atheroembolic complications due to debris dislocation. We present a simple, effective and protective technique for constructing proximal anastomosis during off-pump coronary artery bypass operations to prevent patients from devastating either cerebral or systemic atheroembolic complications.
