摘要:Supernumerary teeth, is defined as teeth that exceed the normal dental formula, regardless of their location and morphology and can be found in almost any region of the dental arch both in the primary and permanent dentition. A Supplemental tooth is a type of supernumerary tooth that is so well formed that it mimics a fully formed tooth. Many individual cases of supernumerary and supplemental teeth have been reported earlier in the literature. Whenever these teeth are seen together, they will be associated with syndromes. We hereby present a rare non-syndromic case of co-occurrence of supplemental and supernumerary teeth in mandibular premolar region.
