摘要:Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the burden of ectodermal dysplasia patients reporting to de'Montmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore. Study design: It was a descriptive type of study Setting: The study was carried out at Department of Prosthodontics, de'Momtmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore. Material and Methods: One hundred ectodermal dysplasia patients were selected by purposive non-probability sampling technique. After taking consent, data was collected on proforma, clinical features were noted along with radiographic analysis. Stastistical analysis done by SPSS. Results. The majority of the patients were males with lower central incisors being the most common missing tooth. Mostly patients suffered from hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia. Conclusion: Pattern of missing tooth is different as compared to other population. Hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia is more prevalent in our study sample.
