摘要：Tacit knowledge transfer is very important for organizations. However, our understanding of how to do this effectively in enterprises is still at an early stage. To better understand this issue, this paper examines several dimensions of tacit knowledge transfer in organizations and suggests a typology for categorizing different forms of tacit knowledge. This is then utilized to assess ten successful tacit knowledge transfer initiatives within organizations. We conclude that different types of tacit knowledge are best-suited to different knowledge transfer practices.
