摘要：In this article we introduce a new family of survival mo dels of non-proportional hazards. As an extension of this family, we present models with gamma and inverse Gaussian frailty distributions and the unconditional survival function is derived by using Laplace transform. A simulation study to check the frequentist properties of the proposed models is presented. The developed methodology is illustrated considering a real data set of lung cancer. The proposed mo dels are compared with two mo dels presented in the literature.
