  • 摘要:Superficial waters of the low er Moulouya are mainly affected b y many kinds of pollution. This pollution affects the physicochemical quality of these waters, principally Oued Za and its tributary Oued Tizeghrane. The city of Taourirt is particularly affected by the problem of pollution because of its increasing demography and consistent developing industry, for the fact that Oued Tizeghrane is near the industrial zone of Taourirt city and the city's purifying station, it will for sure be contaminated by different kind of pollution. This pollution will be drained to Oued Za, and will end in the lower Moulouya. In order to identify the level of pollution of these water courses, our study has fo cused on the determination of physicochemical parameters of the water (T°, pH, CE, MES, O 2 , DBO 5 , DCO, PO 4 3 , Pt, NH 4 + , NO 3 - , NO 2 - , NTK). The sampling w as made by season, three stations for Oued Za and one station for Oued Tizeghrane. The resu lts found shows a worrying situ ation of these water courses, especially the station of Oued Tizeghrane which receives industrial disch arges from Taourirt city, our results shows that th e level of DBO 5, DCO, MES, NTK etc, increase but th e level dissolved oxygen decrease, especially in the olive trituration period. If we don't protect the n atural heritage of Taourirt city, the low level of water quality caused by the pollution will for su re cause its d egradation .
