  • 摘要:Fructose and glucose account for 85-90% of honey carbohydrates. In addition, honey consists the other sugar components, organic acids, amino acids, aroma compounds, mineral materials, enzymes and vitamins. Honey composition and adulteration in honey has been discussed in this article.
