摘要：In this study, 335 raw milk samples of the two dairy plants in Ankara were tested for antibiotics by the TTC test. The test organism was Streptococcus thermophilus . Penicillin was detected in 6.04% of samples from the state dairy plant. All the samples were free from other inhibitory substances. Penicillin was found in 14.38% of samples from the private dairy plant. The percentage of samples containing other inhibitory substances was only 1.31%.
