  • 摘要:In order to determine the possible antibiotic contents, 154 pasteurized milk samples from two dairy plants in Ankara and 116 UHT milk samples marketed in Ankara were studied by TTC test. The test organism was Streptococcus thermophilus . It was found that 3.2% of the examined pasteurized milk samples contain penicillin and 1.3% other antibiotics or inhibitors of similar effect to penicillin. In addition, 6.9% of the UHT milk samples were observed to contain penicillin and 6.0% other antibiotic or inhibitors of similar effect to penicillin.
