    The germ of wheat is a by product of milling industry and a source of vitamins and minerals. The levels of vitamin (B1, B2, B6, E, K, niacin and folic acid) and minerals (Na, K, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mg, Fe, Ca and P) in two samples were given in this study.
