  • 摘要:In this study work, physical, chemical characteristics and preservatives of the raw milk sold in Bursa’s dairy farms and it was determined that if the trick has been applied on the raw milk Samples of raw milk from the 8 different were randomly chosen as the material among the dairy milk sold in the city dairy farms. A total of 56 samples were collected by sampling 7 times every 15 days periods. In the result of above it was confirmed that the consumed raw milk samples were generally agreeable in the conditions with the Food Regulation and the Raw Milk of the Turkish Standards Institute and they were not mixed preservative materials.
