  • 摘要:This research project was undertaken to investigate the relation of mixograph parameters with other quality criteria and to assess efficiency of mixograph in quality evaluation. The results indicated that the mixograph parameters were very effective in terms of differentiating the weak and strong wheats. Mixograph parameters showed significant correlations with various quality characteristics. Peak height, maximum consistency and area under the curve were found to be more reliable in terms of predicting the quality.
