摘要:In this study frankfurter-type sausages samples have been collected from retail markets as unvacuum and vacuum packaging and investigated for the presence of pathogenic. Yersinia enterocolitica . In conclusion 40 out of 5 samples (4 unvacuum, 1 vacuum) were found to be Y. enterocolitica positive. Isolates were also investigated for their virulence characteristics and pathogenic types were not detected according to results of pathogenicity tests and biochemical reaction related to pathogenicity.
