摘要:Totally 64 samples were tested for salmonella by BAM/AOAC classical salmonella control method and Oxoid Salmonella Rapid Test. 24 of the samples were pre-inoculated with salmonella strains while others were market foods. OSRT gave only 1 (1.56%) false negative results. Because of some advantages as shorter test time, simple to use, free from various laboratory faults, OSTR was clearly superior then BAM/AOAC method.
